Standard Maintenance

1. Yaskawa robot body cleaning

Perform dust removal and cleaning on the robot body according to the on-site work.

Body and 6-axis tool end fixation inspection

Check whether the body and tools are well fixed.

2. Cable Status Check

Yaskawa robot maintenance, check the robot signal cable, POWER CABLE, user cable, the use status and wear of the body cable.

3. Sealing state inspection

Check whether there is oil leakage or oil leakage in the gear box of the body and the wrist

Functional Measurement

1. Reach temperature check

Confirm whether the temperature of the motor is normal during operation through a professional infrared temperature sensor, and compare whether the motor of each axis is consistent with the standard value through numerical values.

2. Noise inspection

Use the noise detector to check whether the motor or gearbox is abnormal in the manual operation state, so as to check the status of the components as a standard.

3. Repeat accuracy check

Confirm that the repeatability of the robot is normal by using a dial indicator.

4. Mechanical zero position measurement

Check whether the current zero position of the robot is consistent with the standard calibration position.

5. Motor brake status inspection

Detect the voltage value of opening the motor brake, and test the motor brake function of each axis.

Yaskawa robot maintenance parts replacement

1. Body oil replacement

Robotic gearbox, balance cylinder or connecting rod oil change.

2. Robot SMB board inspection and battery replacement

Check whether the fixed connection of the SMB board is normal, and replace the battery.

Control cabinet standard maintenance routine inspection

1. Robot control cabinet cleaning

Clean the appearance of the robot control cabinet, and remove dust inside the control cabinet.

2. Check the firmness of each part of the control cabinet

Check the tightness of all components in the control cabinet.

3. Cleaning of the teaching pendant

Clean and arrange the teaching pendant and cables.

4. Status of circuit board indicator lights

Check the status lights of each circuit board in the control cabinet to confirm the status of the circuit board.

5. Check the cables inside the control cabinet

All cable plugs in the control cabinet are firmly connected and the cables are clean.
